Introduction
The hollow sucker rod is a special sucker rod designed for oil extraction of high pour point, high viscosity and high wax content. It is combined with threaded joints, sealing and rod body. The rod body is made of seamless steel tube and the threaded joint is connected with the rod body through friction welding and heat treatment. The pin thread is formed by roller.
Features

1. The threaded joint is designed with bearing surface to make the joint more reliable.
2. Hollow structure can be injected with hot oil, vapor. It can also be used for running heating cable.
3. High rigidity to bear large torque.
4. Decrease the viscosity of the oil and the wax deposit in the well to increase the pump efficiency.
5. There are plastic caps to protect the thread of the hollow sucker rod.
6. Color painting on the plastic caps is available.
7. Metal pallet package for saving space and convenient to transport.

Applications

1. Hollow sucker rod is used for exploiting thickened oil, and crude oil of high solidification point and wax content.
2. The hollow sucker rod can be used for flushing sand and salt, it is ideal for small well and separate-layer oil exploitation.
3. The hollow sucker rod can be used in the oil extraction through heat carrier. Inject the chemicals and heat carrier including the hot oil, hot water and steam.
4. The hollow sucker rod can be used in hollow sucker rod electric heating device. Just run the electric cable in the center hole of the hollow sucker rod.
5. Drive rod for screw pump is a special design of hollow sucker rod which can be used for driving underground screw pump. Because the hollow sucker rod has the high rigidity and large torque resistance.
