Drilling Mud Jet Mixer/ Mud hopper/Venturi Hopper

Jet mixing/mixer device is used to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid, change the density, viscosity, water loss etc of the drilling fluid. If drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and corresponding chemical additives (polymers, etc.) are directly put into the circulation tank, it will cause a large amount of sedimentation or agglomeration of the drilling fluid materials and chemical additives, which cannot obtain dispersed and uniform drilling fluid. Using this device can fully disperse and mix the drilling fluid materials.

The jet mixing/mixer device is composed of a sand pump and a jet mixer (or multiple sand pumps and jet mixers) connected and installed on a base with manifold valves, and has the advantages of convenient transportation, installation, and maintenance.
